- What exactly do you do?
- We make and post your Instagram and Facebook posts and Reels: planned from your website and products, designed in your colours with your logo, posted on your calendar. Replying to messages and comments stays with you.
- Do I need a business account on Instagram?
- Yes, a free Business or Creator account. It takes a minute to switch in the Instagram app; we show you how when you connect.
- Can I stop a post?
- Yes. Every post shows in your calendar before it goes out. Reject it with one tap and we make a new one, change its words, or move its day.
- Where do the pictures come from?
- From your own products: we use the real photos on your website and design the post around them. We never redraw your product.
- What if I add new products?
- We scan your website every week before planning the next 7 days. New products get their own post.
- Do you post on festivals?
- Yes, the festivals of your state and your customers, on the right dates. Tell us any you don't celebrate and we skip them.
- How do I pay?
- By UPI AutoPay or card: the first 30 days are paid when you approve it, then the same amount every 30 days. You can stop the AutoPay from your UPI app whenever you want; posting then stops when your paid days end.
